HackSpire'26, organized by the FIEM ACM Student Chapter of Future Institute of Engineering and Management (FIEM), brings together the spirit of innovation and the cultural essence of Durga Puja. Recognized as one of the largest hackathons in West Bengal, it unites talented developers, designers, and problem-solvers nationwide. HackSpire'25 was the flagship 25-hour hackathon of the FIEM ACM Student Chapter — named the Most Active ACM Student Chapter in East India — held at the Future Institute of Engineering and Management, Kolkata, from 31 October to 1 November 2025. More than 4,100 registrations from around the world narrowed to 254 in-person builders and 55 finalist teams, working across AI, Web3, Cloud, IoT, and Sustainability. It was Hack plus Inspire: a community-driven movement where mentorship, craft, and Shakti turned ideas into work that could stand in the world.
